Using the calculator requires no personal data and we store none. The route and flight details you enter are processed exclusively in your browser, on your device — they are not sent to our servers.
Outbound click log: when you click the button leading to our partner, we record the fact and time of the click, the language, the referring page and the browser type (user agent). These data alone cannot identify you; the purpose is measuring the service (legal basis: legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Server logs: our server and Cloudflare log IP addresses briefly for security purposes (legitimate interest). Traffic measurement: we use cookieless, anonymous analytics (Plausible) which stores no personal data and does not track you across sites.
Hosting: RackForest Zrt. (Victor Hugo utca 11., 5th floor, 1132 Budapest, Hungary; company reg. no.: 01-10-142004). The website is served directly from this Hungarian server; we do not use a content delivery network (CDN). If you start a claim with our partner (e.g. AirHelp), the data you provide there is controlled by the partner — their privacy policy applies.
We use Google advertising cookies to measure our ads only if you consented via the banner. Details: Cookie Policy. You can withdraw consent any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest at hello@triprights.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian DPA (NAIH, naih.hu) or the supervisory authority of your member state.
